  Photography must be genetic: Jeff's Grandmother - Alyce Gibson - kindled Jeff's interest when he was only ten. Without Alyce's inspiration, guidance and encouragement, Jeff's great photographs may not exist - and Flickr would be that little bit poorer.

He is gifted at finding the essence of a moment or situation, and giving us all a chance to see what has always been there, but we’ve never noticed.
