I have been professionally cake decorating for 22 years, mainly in mass production bakeries. We opened our shop in 2006 in Mesa Arizona and have re-located to Gilbert Arizona in 2009. We have opened our "sister" store located in San Tan Village (Gilbert Arizona) in Oct. 2010, primarily selling custom cupcakes, decorated cakes and pastries.
