I carry a camera and sometimes point it at stuff and mash the button. I am frequently surprised and pleased at the result! I've been interested in photography as long as I can remember.

Biggest influence, Walker Evans.

From Brownies to Polaroid, to an amazing Agfa Repromaster PMT camera and a Pentax 1000 that was moody and unpredictable, and, then, in 1998, an Agfa ePhoto 1680! The possibilities were limitless, until I purchased my first 32mb SmartMedia card and found it topped out at 16mb. 1280 x 960 pixels of amazing digital madness! I was hooked.I moved up to the Fujifilm S1, 2 & 3 Pro and now shoot with a Nikon D3. In 2002 I started strapping a camera to my motorcycle, or just shooting while I was riding and found a trip was incomplete without a series of photos to bring home with me.

Now, I think my main motivation is to remember where I've been. Photography has opened doors for me I wouldn't know even existed and I hope I have done the field of photography proud as well.
