I've recently become aware of the differences in monitors
and how my images may look to others.
On my new laptop I had to be adjust the settings a bit
but when I go to work I feel frustrated all over again. My monitor at work is Much nicer and so the images on it look richer and deeper--and tad darker--so I fidget with the images through flickr and then at home they're thrown off again. So sorry--to anyone who is paying attention--and it may not matter anyway--because we all have different computer monitors that are set to our personal preferences. As for me--I like it dark but if something looks TOO dark-then it may not be completely intentional. So-uh-there--that was my rambling disclaimer.

If you are in Chicago and interested in posing
(atypical, alternative, long hair, scruffy, "sexy scientist", blue collar men are a BIG plus) --
or on the off chance
that something here really catches your eye
and you are interested in purchasing a print,

Also---I have a lot of nude/semi-nude photos in my stream--nothing overtly pornographic--
but I have, unfortunately, had to reset the "safety" settings on a lot of them to Restricted
because of rules here on flickr.

So, for non-flickr friends who visit me here,
I apologize but you will have to sign up
(for free--you don't have to do anything else really),
and then turn off Safe Search
to see my "Unsafe"/Restricted photos.

Even though I am an adult
and all my friends are adult--and all well over 18--
we have to suffer spies, prudes, crybabies and busybodies with nothing else to do
but complain and be offended
by images I am not forcing them to look at.

It's even more annoying when your photos
are not placed anywhere near "family/generic" groups
or falsely mislabeled with tags
like bunnies, bar-mitzvahs, brides maids, church barbecues or baby showers.

Actually--it is beyond annoying.
What's beyond annoying?
Apoplexy?
Yes, I think so.
