The Virginia Discovery Museum is a hands-on children’s museum located in Charlottesville, VA geared to young people ages 1-10.

Our mission is to bring young children and families together to engage minds, excite imaginations, and explore the world around them.

In February 2002, VDM was named one of the top 50 children’s museums in the United States by Child magazine. In August 2004, 2005, 2007, and 2008, VDM won a C-ville reader survey in the category of Kids Entertainment. Visit us at www.vadm.org
