The United Teen Equality Center (UTEC) is a teen-led center focused on engaging “at risk” and gang-involved youth on the streets, then supporting them through self-directed transformations that result in socially aware, emotionally stable youth motivated to attain the education and skills needed for self-sufficient, civically engaged adulthood.
