USAG Schinnen, the Army’s only garrison in the Netherlands, provides base operations support to Army, Air Force, Navy and other joint, inter-agency, and international personnel supporting U.S. interests in NATO throughout the Netherlands , Northern Germany, and Eastern Belgium.

USAG Schinnen is at the center of the “Benelux”, an acronym for Belgium (BE), The Netherlands (NE) and Luxembourg (LUX), and characterizes our proximity to these three nations and to local NATO organizations. This tri-border region forms a dynamic cross border community that possesses a distinct set of challenges and opportunities.

In concert with our higher headquarters, USAG Benelux and thenstallation Management Command-Europe, we are the Army's home in the Ntherlands.
