Urban Tilth cultivates agriculture in West Contra Costa County to help our community build a more healthy, sustainable, and just food system.

We manage the Lincoln School Farm and Berryland on the Richmond Greenway and coordinate the 5% Local Coalition. We are also developing a West County Market Grower's Cooperative to increase the demand for and availability of local, healthy foods.
