The spring of 2008, I picked up a camera for the first time. Yes I had taken snapshots before, but this past spring I decided that I wanted to look at the world differently, than I have in the past. I wanted to find the hidden beauty in this ugly world. So I took my wife's camera and started to snap away. It has turned my life around. Photography has turned into my passion, and more importantly my therapy.

My gorgeous wife has been battling breast cancer for 5 long years now. With her encouragement I have dove head first into the journey of personal discovery. I promise to you, this photo stream will get better. I am still learning, still reading, and still developing some very basic skills. So please check back in often. I have a ton of ideas floating around in my warped little head.
