The mission of the Union League Civic & Arts Foundation is to develop and promote porgrams that support education, civic responsibility and the arts for children and young adults in the Chicago Metropolitan area. Our emphasis is on programs that the Foundation initiates, develops and funds. Our programs target financial need and merit.
