Independent film Under The Mud depicts a hectic day in the life of a family from hell. Or are they ‘one hell of a family’? Either way the Guardian says Under The Mud is “the best British film you’ll never see”. It’s an “upbeat comedy film [...] energetic and surreal” according to The Times. Filmed in Garston Liverpool, Under the Mud is made by Hurricane Films in conjunction with young people from across the city.

Despite the acclaim from critics and film fans alike, the big distribution companies won’t release the film because it doesn’t have any Hollywood stars. We know there’s an audience out there, with plenty of people who already love Under The Mud, so we’ve decided we’re going to go it alone. We’ve got DVDs ready to sell, we just need to tell people about them - and you can get involved.
