UFCW Local Michigan is committed to providing its members with outstanding union representation during contract bargaining and at the workplace. UFCW Michigan also adds value to union membership by offering members and their families money-saving discounts, sponsoring a variety of low-cost family events, and awarding thousands of dollars in scholarships.
UFCW Michigan believes all workers deserve a voice at the workplace, to be treated with dignity and respect by their employer, and to be compensated fairly. For this reason, UFCW Michigan assists workers who want to form a union at their place of employment.
UFCW Michigan works to promote and protect the livelihoods of all workers, advocating on behalf workers at the state capitol and in Washington DC.
