These are images of people, events, and life around the Department of Art & Art History at The University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. The University was founded in 1831; the art department came into being in the late 1940s. Today we are located in the heart of the old campus, in Woods Hall (1867-68), Garland Hall (1888), and in several other buildings. Garland Hall also houses the Sarah Moody Gallery of Art. If you are on Facebook, please check us out. Unless otherwise noted, all photos are by Rachel Dobson.
