So, who am I?

I'm Ann! (Hiiiiii, Ann!) I'm an anthropology and religion major at the University of Florida, I play clarinet, and I love the Red Sox. But, you can get all that from my user info. None of that tells you WHO I am, just WHAT I am. To be entirely frank, I'm not entirely sure who I am anymore. Last year, I thought I knew and I thought that made me mature. Now, I'm positive I don't know, and I'm fairly sure that conclusion is far more mature than its predecessor. I've learned just to define myself by my passions- by what makes me feel alive. Labels are from high school, and I've shed that skin now.

So who I am can be encaptured in the roar of the waves in the ocean, or the wisp of the wind as you drive through the mountains. It is the feeling of sinking into a pool and feeling the water envelope your entire body, or sitting outside in a cool rain eating a hot meal. It's the feeling I get when Paul wraps his arms around me and kisses my forehead, or when I sit with my dad at home in Orlando and make fun of the way my mom dances. There aren't words, there are just descriptions, just feelings.

Who I am is an ever-changing plethora of arbitrary definitions. Perhaps it would be easier just to... show you?
