My partner, Harriett, and I take animals into our house for foster care. We work primarily through the Champaign County Humane Society, and over the last 19 years we have had more than 1,050 animals in our care. Although we've had all types of animals (including horses, pigs, and a goat) we specialize in puppies, new mothers, and dogs that need special care.
