I love taking photos, making quilts and the occaissional teddy bear. With so many interests and four growing boys there is never enough hours in the day. I originally joined flickr in the hopes to learn to take some decent family portraits but have found it to be a place to delve in all my interests, flickr in itself becoming a huge part of my daily routine.
My hobbies/interests are a big part of my life and who I am. I love to do what I love and love what I do I have no concept of I don't have the time - if you enjoy something make the time to do what makes you happy. My biggest problem is wanting to learn and do too much and the poor housework suffers for it.
(OK this little philosophy of mine was great in theory but the truth is lately that I'm finding myself saying a lot that I just don't have the time to follow any of my interests.Sad really I will find a way to find some time or I will just have to turn work into my new hobbie )
