My husband Gerard Yates ( www.flickr.com/photos/83453338@N00/ introduced me to flickr a few years ago...in his memory I'm going to continue posting photo's on occasion and I will keep his site active. Jerry died October 27th 2007 of lung cancer. He was an amazing artist, filmmaker, cameraman and musician. Jerry could take a photo with his cell phone that would just blow everything else away. He was an extremely talented man.
Recently I was asked by friends to open an account in Fine Art America so they could purchase photographs of my husbands - gerard-yates.fineartamerica.com/
I am a writer. I use the written word to express thoughts, ideas, sentiments and emotions...images are an added dimension to that expressive process -
