I have always loved taking photos. I got my first camera when I was 9 or so -- but only since recently I am taking the first toddler steps in paying attention to the details of photography.
I think I might be hooked now ... My husband gave me a weird look the other day, when he found me practising close-up shots in the bath instead of lying back in the foam and relaxing ;-)

In my "other" life, I am a writer, a book editor and a relatively new mommy (my son is 4 years old). You will have to bear with lotsa toddler and dog pics -- those two are my ever present models, but they make a fledgeling photographer's life hard by never staying still for longer than a minute.
