Owner and cake designer, Tracy Perkins started baking and decorating cakes for family and friends as a hobby. After spending years working in the corporate life style, Tracy pursued her hobby by studying professional baking and pastry at L'Ecole Culinaire. Fulfilling her dreams, Tracy launched Tracy's Cakes in Old Town Lewisville.
