I am an full-time appraiser by trade. I teach an Appraisal class at West Valley College (www.westvalley.edu/business/bus_admin_re/faculty_members....). I am out there appraising properties and of course taking pictures of houses. But you will not find any real estate pictures here because I don't want to complicate the issue of client's confidentiality.
I am a socially responsive person. That means I do my share of responsibility to appreciate the work and effort put forward by flickrers.
