A work by night, sleep all day kinda guy who likes to tow your car away because you're too stupid to look at a little sign. I mean, why do you think they put those little signs all over the place? To make your neighbourhood look pretty? No. So when you come back from the big important place you just had to be at and find you car gone, you will know where to find it.
