Hiya, well, I'm a Utah native. I was born, raised, and still work in Salt Lake. I've been lucky enough to be able to travel around this planet a time or two. My family and I moved to the Tooele valley in search of a simpler life, somewhere with a little room to breath. Not many people realize how much beauty there is here in the Tooele Valley. I've learned to truly appreciate it.

I work in the super hip and stylish world of software development for the government as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) for Gold Systems Inc. I'm currently involved in a project developing an open education platform that allows anyone to post and take courses for free. It's in beta right now, and it's pretty cool - www.learningzen.com

Besides being a remedial amateur photographer I flight instruct, love to travel, and most importantly love to spent time with my family. Those that know me well consider me witty, and those who don't consider me socially inept. As far as photography goes - I'm interested in landscapes and portrait photography and hoping to gain more experience in both.

I think flickr is pretty cool.
