I'M BACK! I've had more than half a year off from Flickr so most of my images are a bit old at present. To be honest I've been busy trying to get interest in what images I already have - arranging exhibitions and trying to make a living from my existing work via galleries and shows - than creating as many new ones as I'd like but, no doubt, things will start appearing soon. Watch this space!

I live in Hove, next to Brighton on the South Coast of the UK. I was born in South London and moved down here just over 20 years ago. I've been taking photos for about 28 years and have been taking it more seriously over the past five or six.

I sell a range of Greetings Cards and images in various outlets in Sussex and the cards can be ordered directly from my website.

In May 2010 I was awarded my second medal by the London Salon of Photography - two years in a row, which I'm very pleased about.

On 13th May 2009, I was awarded the Fellowship of the Royal Photographic Society of Great Britain, their highest distinction. This follows on from being awarded the Associateship of the Society (ARPS) in March 2007, following on from my successful Licentiateship (LRPS) presentation to the Society in April 2006. All three of these panels in some form are on display on my 'Flickr' pages. In 2009 two of my images were selected for the London Salon of Photography and I was awarded a Salon medal. This adds to my two acceptances into the Salon in 2008 and 2007. 2009 also saw acceptances into the RPS Members' exhibition and the Southampton International. Also in 2007 I exhibited in the Royal Photographic Society's 150th International Print Exhibition as well as the 2007 Royal Photographic Society Members' Exhibition.

Back in 2005 I gained Seventh Place in the Amateur Photographer of the Year Competition (APOY 2005) run by 'Amateur Photographer' Magazine in the UK.

I work just with digital cameras these days and my film and darkroom days are behind me. I don't miss the smell of the chemicals, but I do miss working more slowly!

I can print any of the images on my Flickr pages or from my website to order - up to A1 size on professional grade paper professionally mounted onto hardboard or polyboard! I also provide greetings cards of many of my images.
