I've only been digital since about 2005, but when my SLR got tempermental I decided it was time to switch. (Nothing like getting home from a trip and half your pictures didn't come out...and it was the camera - not the person behind it) I still take the film camera out sometimes since there is nothing like the thrill of opening the envelope to find out if you actually caught the image you think you got.

Recently I've been getting back to basics - and starting to shoot film again...black & white 35 mm toy cameras along with Holga (120 film) toy cameras. Should be interesting to watch :-)

I tend to take pictures of whatever catches my attention....and kick myself quite often for not having a camera with me. To me, a camera is a tool to capture moments in time...everything is important no matter how small or trivial it may seem. I like to capture the everyday things that happen in a person's life...not posed, just as they happen.
