I'm a professional photographer based in Solihull in the West Midlands. I shoot commercial work such as people, products and buildings as Tom Upton Photography and my weddings and portrait business is called Bright Button Photography.

I have been photographing for many years, both for fun and in a professional capacity since 2008. Before this I studied Media Production BA Hons at Coventry Uni, for which I was awarded a First. I have also worked in the Fine Art Reproduction industry for a number of years, giving me experience in working with large format cameras and printers. Additionally, I spent a year working as The NEC Group's in-house photographer, shooting bands, comedians and live shows, including Metallica, Russell Brand and The Blue Man Group (to name just one of each!) at the LG arena and The NIA, trade and public shows at The NEC and conferences at The ICC.
