Hello and thanks for visiting my flickr site.

My own website can be found at www.smallfindsdesign.co.uk

I work as an archaeological illustrator, whilst nurturing a strong interest in the presentation of the coffin of Nesyamun, an Ancient Egyptian Priest who worked at the temple of Karnak. I am currently working on the production of both an illustrated book and an interactive CD-ROM that presents the images on his coffin.

Produced in time for the opening of Leeds Museum in september 2008 the illustrated book stands as the first comprehensive translation of the hieroglyphics upon the coffin, and is entitled: "The coffin of Nesyamun: The Leeds Mummy." (ISBN: 1870737 21 0).

I made a major contribution to the illustrations for the monograph Inchmarnock
An Early Historic island monastery and its archaeological landscape
by Chris Lowe, published in summer 2008.

I have contributed articles to the Association of Archaeological Illustrators and Surveyor's Newsletter:

I've also designed the following websites.

www.english-in-edinburgh.co.uk (designed for a freelance english language teacher).

I am a keen cyclist, enjoy cultural review programs such as Radio 4's Front Row, and was recently introduced to the joys of kayaking when on holiday in Finland.
