I'm new to photography, and excited to learn more about it. I use a Nikon D40 with Tamrom 18-200mm (i can't remember the rest), hardly using the Nikkor kit lens. On my pictures I only use post-processing if i wish to add a little atmosphere to them, or fix them if needed. However, I prefer to have the original picture, using manual camera adjusments. That's why I can't bare a normal point & shoot.

Many times, a different angle can change the whole aspect of a picture, and perhaps a little crop will turn it into something else. I've read that there's no need for too many technial settings as long as you have a creative eye and mind. I believe that; even though technical settings do help. Therefore, i seek for inpiration in books, magazines and even flickr. Here I share my results, and am thankful for your comments.

    Rafael Eifler Barbosa says:

"An amazing friend, and a great photographer, Harry has become my best nerd friend. We like the same things - like Apple Inc. and Photography -, so I really like to talk to him, in fact, people even say he seems to be my brother or something like that.. Continue being the great nerd and friend you are, Tommy!
