All too often we hear passionate people ranting about social problems or issues. While rants are sometimes impressive and even funny, they are never constructive.
Tole-rants, however, are different.
A tole-rant is a constructive rant. To be precise, a tole-rant is a 60 second video of a heartfelt rant about a social issue or problem, which then points towards a solution. A tole-ranter has the passion of a ranter, but with the added vision for social change.
