I started photography 1975 when I bought my first SLR, a Minolta SRT 101 which unfortunately was stolen some years later. Then I used a cheaper Minolta which was substituted by an analogue Canon EOS 500. My older photographs are taken with these cameras on color slide film, particularly Fuji Sensia. They were digitalised by using a quite cheap film scanner.

Now i am going to restart. I use a Canon EOS 400d. Two of my lenses are made by Canon (24-85mm & 70-300mm IS), two other are Sigmas (30mm & 10-20mm). The Kit lens uses to stay at home, not because it is suggested too bad, but I simply don't need its focal range. If flashlight is needed I use a Metz 48. For long time exposures I use a Manfrotto tripod or a Manfrotto monopod. I also own a lightweight travel tripod by Slik.
