I have grown to love photography by getting to hold my camera and feel its grip on me. It has seduced me. It has taught me to see with different eyes and to pay attention to what I see. My camera is my diary, my everyday notes, my memory for when I am old. It helps me capture the fleeting moments of my life.
I travel often over three continents in order to be with my family scattered across the globe. I cherish the people I meet along my journey, they enrich my life with moments of connection and reaching out.
I love to take pictures of life at its different phases, everyday happenings. People, however, fascinate me the most. Faces, hands, expressions, relation between people. I make photographs reflecting my encounters with them.
I've always loved the Mediterranean Sea, however, during the summer of 2011, after traveling along the Oregon coast, I grew to love it, too.
I love my family and my friends. I feel blessed to have them in my life. I love music, writing poetry, reading and watching movies.
