I have become convinced that myth, magic & wonder are essential to living a well-full life, as well as long easy hikes, river trips, x-country skiing, yoga, learning to be in the body responsibly, reading good books, being compassionate, painting, cooking and creating as a human rule; That is, to remember that life is lovely, to go outside, to be in the world, to be in nature. To not hurry through life & miss the whole point.
