About thin air and beyond / Jit Ray

I am a graphic designer working with a magazine publishing company as a creative director. I have recently started taking pictures with some degree of seriousness. At present I shoot with a very old Nikon FM which is fully manual and the light meter is non functional. Most of my reading of light is based on what I learned at design school.

I enjoy walking in the mountains as much as I enjoy designing... my wife and the Himalayas (I was introduced to the mountains by my wife) being my biggest inspirations. Some day I hope we will be able to travel as much as we want and make great pictures for a living.
