Young Conservatives Coalition's photostream

The Young Conservatives Coalition (YCC) is an advocacy organization dedicated to leading the next generation of the conservative movement by organizing and mobilizing young professional conservatives across the country. The coalition seeks to answer two questions: 1.) What does it mean to be a conservative in the year 2009? and 2.) Who will lead the next generation of the conservative movement?

In response, the coalition has created an American 21st century conservative platform – The Lake Anna Declaration – to rearticulate our shared “First Principles” for a new generation. The YCC is also undertaking an online video public relations campaign to rebrand conservatism and hosted two events during the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) - a “Rebuilding the Movement” Brainstorming Session at the Omni Shoreham Hotel and The 5th Annual Reaganpalooza Young Professional Networking Event at the Hawk & Dove bar/restaurant in DC.

YCC charter members represent major conservative organizations on and off Capitol Hill making meaningful contributions to the conservative movement at large through their individual ingenuity and leadership.
