"There's a world here between details and how they could take us to our own wold of memories and stories. Unique eye and vision of the world. Minimal is the essence. This guy know it! Congratulations!"

"Please take a few minutes to look through the photos of The Workers Opposition. Go for a walk, perhaps take a few pictures yourself, then come back and look again. There is so much to see. His pictures have an effortless grace about them. His pictures are also very friendly, and studying them has helped me to see, to understand, and hold onto some of the simple things in our cities' increasingly strange and unfamiliar public places. His photography reminds me that we are all comrades in this collective struggle to make sense of the world around us."

"Astute, the worker’s opposition captures the enormity of simple. Even in harsh mechanical decadence, consumption and decay, Rohan finds warmth and connectivity. He notes history while consistently revealing the beauty of cityscapes. We are drawn in to these critical, sometimes wistful moments and are rewarded with wry detail and hopeful pause… On happy occasion the W.O. also demonstrates his capacity to portray people. Opposition and ally, a force to reckon with -- an inspiration!"

Daveness_98 says:
"One of the signs of a great photographer is to make the ordinary extraordinary. The (worker’s) opposition does this consistently and with flair. With painstaking precision, and showing full mastery of light and shadow, composition and perspective, the most mundane objects of everyday life – a roadway, a storefront, scaffolding, a fence – are presented as a fully new experience, and usually with slightly ironic (but never mean-spirited) undertones. His understated masterpieces are usually accompanied by wry but apt titles that renew, challenge and transform one’s first impressions. But, in the end, the photostream should speak for itself as the product of one of the most talented photographers on Flickr: venture forth and be amazed!"

"Rohan has a great way of connecting his social and political awareness with language and image... his titles are often evocative and dead on and would work great for movies and books .... with his camera he picks out the non-tourist charm of the cities he passes through or pointing at the often strange and alien urban environment and human adaptability... his great sense of humor and his new word creations often get a good laugh out of me ..."
