  "somehow, mando has it all figured out. or at least it seems that way. his style reflects the mundane, but in such a way that the viewer forgets that each item photographed is an everyday object...and this is the mark of a true innovator. with each upload comes a new influx of "whoa" comments. every time. and that says something. mando's photography has a way of speaking for itself, as if the photographs just kind of create themselves rather than being made by a person...they are untouched, in the best way. mando does his own thing, and that thing....is definitely his own."

  "A term "white elephant" is a supposedly valuable possession whose upkeep exceeds its usefulness, and it is therefore a liability. This does NOT apply to TheWhiteElephant's photo stream - his work is technically strong, but comes across very care free and fun. The compositions appear loose, but in my opinion have a decent amount of thought behind them. TheWhiteElephant has an eye for bold colors and bolder statements and adds a trademark sharpness and deep tonal quality / contrast to his work.
