hailing from the land of bratwurst and beer, "thetaste" could be munich's best kept secret right now.

or maybe not... they have already been picked up as the support act for bands like "we are scientists", "forward, russia!", "duels" and "test icicles" and are about to embark upon their second tour across the uk including a support show with "six nation state". not bad for a band who have only been playing together since 2004.

while in the uk for their upcoming tour, "thetaste" will be recording some of their songs at the studio of leeds-based band "duels". supported by james kirkbright and jon maher of "duels", "thetaste" joins the likes of "forward, russia!" and "dead disco", who have also recorded there.

a boisterous rock and roll outfit with a truly exceptional female vocalist. this band is not to be missed...
