As a professional ecologist with an academic background I have particular interest in using long focal length lenses in order to capture grainy, generally out of focus or overly flat/contrasty photos of nature.
In addition to nature I like taking shots of people climbing as these are full of colour, activity, the environment, and genuine expressions.
