The SPS Group, based on the south coast in Dorset, was established in 1968 by Ian Martin, and has since been taken over by his two sons, James and Toby Martin.

Today, the SPS Print Group Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of SPS Martin Holdings Ltd and is privately owned. It’s operated by a board of equity and non-equity directors.

Over the last 15 years, the group have been focused on developing the group services to become specialists in retail communication, that optimise the whole in-store marketing supply chain.
