Northwest Organization for Animal Help (N.O.A.H.) is dedicated to stopping the euthanasia of healthy, adoptable and treatable dogs and cats by transferring these homeless pets from partner shelters. We are also committed to “Building a Bond for Life” between pets and their families through quality pet adoptions, dog training, low-income spaying and neutering, humane education, and volunteer programs.
