My photos are available for use under a creative commons license for any non-commercial purpose (e.g. non-profits, academics, personal use) provided that:

1. You attribute the photo to me. Contact me for attribution instructions.
2. You do not alter the work or create derivative works using it beyond cropping, resizing, or similar operations.

I consider commercial uses to include:
-privately-owned newspapers
-printed media used by individuals
-blogs that are advertising-supported and are not operated with a non-profit or academic mission

I charge a standard fee of $50 for one-time use in printed media, and $20 for online commercial use. You must contact me for use in a book, newspaper, magazine, or similar publication.

I urge you to contact me about using my photos if you have any questions. I reserve the right to reject use of my photos for any reason. More explanation of these terms are available at the creative commons site
