The Laura And Wagner Foundation (LWF) is a Curaçao-based non-profit that serves as an advocate for children and adults with disabilities.

The Mission of the Foundation is to raise public awareness about the needs and rights of persons with disabilities; to provide information and resources for those person to help end their social isolation and increase their independent mobility.

The LWF has launched the eAble Initiative for 2009 which to make it easier for children and adults with disabilities to access technology and digital devices for improved communication, education, navigation and independence.
