I believe being creative helps keep balance in our lives. I like to take photos, paint, make things, design everything from furniture to window treatments (I have friends that make that stuff for me after I design what I would like it to look like).

I am an empath (I see/sense energies, visions, etc) but I feel a person should not get lost in the sensory world but rather find their path and stay grounded and evolve from that standpoint.

I teach many things including meditation and about energies. I do energetic body work ( reiki and other) and am a clinical hypnotherapist (more awakening people from their trances and helping them to empowerment)

My qoute for today:
"Some day my paintings will be worth a fortune, Not because they are any good, but just because I know this to be true. So buy them today while you can afford them."
