I am married to my best friend and the mama to one sweet little girl. On any given day, you can find me quilting or reading, and I sometimes like to crochet and start embroidery projects...that is of course when I am not working or chasing my little one around!

About those colors:
I absolutely love the color green -- except for forest green, that's not really my fave. All other colors are welcome in any project too especially grey! I love Kona Coal and tend to use it a lot. Purple is growing on me...it just depends on how it is used. I tend to stick with more modern types of fabrics rather than vintage ones...however, every now and again a reproduction print will catch my eye.

Quilting:
I love any type of quilting -- old patterns and new patterns alike. I am not so much for abstract pieces or intentionally wonky.

For my Swap Partners:
Please don't worry so much about all my preferences and likes and dislikes -- I am very open to all colorings and all kinds of piecing and quilting. If you stray from anything I say here, it's okay...I love seeing the creativity of others and I wouldn't want something I say here to hold you back from an idea! Have fun and I am sure I will love whatever you make!!
