We are a group based in York to be used by local artists as a sounding board for ideas and advice. we enable artists to exhibit and sell their work without exclusivity and encourage collaborations.
We intend to trade skills and advice to become a commutable entity that could extend wherever the artists themselves want it to go, and artists can decide their own level of commitment. we want to work together, learn from each other and possibly hold skills swapping and ideas sessions which could be opened out to the public.
As it stands, the artistic community in york seems hidden and impossible to reach, we want to penetrate this exclusivity and extend beyond exhibitions and pioneer accessible arts in york.
