We are a collaborative of diverse talents based in Ybor City Florida USA (Greater Tampa Bay area).

Our areas of expertise range from off grid construction / real estate development to all facets of the creative arts. Ours is an open source collaborative where anyone willing to contribute can join and share in the rewards.

The Campus TV is a web portal that seeks to distribute positive and engaging information in an entertaining wrapper. The destination site is currently under construction and is expected to launch 1st quarter of 2009.

Our current project is converting a 103 year old historic building in Tampa's entertainment district to a zero energy use. The building will serve as the infrastructure and microbusiness incubator that Tampa Bay is currently lacking.
