i'm originally from atlanta, but i spent the past (almost) two years on the border of mexico (TX) and then oklahoma while my husband completed his pilot training with the Air Force. he is finally qualified as a pilot, and will be making a big move to the Tacoma, WA area in march...to be stationed there for 3 or 4 years!
i fell in love with photography long before i was given the opprotunity to persue it. i have a bachelor's in interior design/int. architecture, but i often found myself in the library drooling over photography books as well. when we moved to the west texas desert, i gave up my 'career' for a little bit just because there were no firms within three hours of our new home. while i had some "down-time," i started taking classes in photography and began a little business venture. i am still working on my portfolio, but i look forward to having something more permanant while in washington.
