The Taste of Rain's photostream

raindrops fall lightly,
barely felt on my skin; or
as they bead my hair

I like short poetry. They can speak volumes or shout in whispers.

I like books. I like the way words run smoothly one after the other in sequence, painting images they shouldn't be able to, evoking human voices.

I like big cameras. I like their weight in my hands, and the way they feel. I like the ridges under my fingertips, the smoothness against my palm. I like to watch as images turn from unfocused to as sharp as can be. I like the sound that accompanies the much anticipated or impulsive release of the shutter.

I like happy stuff.
