Hi there, I am an amateur photographer from Northern Ireland and I've been interested in photography for around 30 years. I Started when I was at high school with a Zenith TTL film camera and moved on through a few Nikon's and eventually moved to digital in 2000 with a 2MP Olympus ( I still can't believe that I paid nearly £500 for that little compact). I started taking pictures seriously again when I got a Canon PowerShot G6 digital camera and I soon upgraded to an Olympus DSLR with a couple of lenses. I now use a Canon 50D with Canon 17-85mm IS USM, 70-300 IS USM and 60mm Macro USM Lenses. My main Interest is in Landscape and Travel photography and I love the work of Charlie Waite and David Noton.
