I live in one of the most beautiful places on earth in East Tennessee at the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains. My roots run deep up and down this southern chain of the Appalachians. My family tree was planted here eons ago; first by the Cherokee and then by European settlers in the early 1700's who married them. I love my home and I love trying to capture its beauty with my camera. Here you will see my mountains, my family, my travels and things I think interesting. My goal is to hopefully do each subject justice.
