I retired after 21 years in law enforcement (Colorado State Patrol) and now work 2 jobs. I am an safety director for a trucking company (for the income) and I am a certified financial counselor/coach (because I have a passion for it).

I am married to my bride for 29 years and we have 2 wonderful, grown children. My daughter shares my passion for photography.

I have been into photography for the last 30 years and have done as much as I could afford. (It's not cheap!!)

For the most part, my philosophy on photography is from the Bible, Philipians 4:8 "Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things."

I am admin for the Philippians 4:8 group.

I currently use a Fujifilm Finepix S200EXR, LIghtroom 1.4, Photoshop Elements 6 and Corel Painter Essentials 4 and Dynamic Auto Painter.

Many of my images are geo-tagged so you can see where they were taken if you chose to.

Some of my images have links to music. The music that they link to may have some connection to the image or the music may just have meaning for me. Don't think to deep on it, I don't.
